Gwen Chelidze is a seasoned attorney advising local and international clients in the acquisition and sale of real estate across New York.

Gwen has represented a wide range of clients from religious institutions and royal families to first-time homebuyers, investors, and international families reflecting her broad and nuanced expertise. Clients consistently value her commitment to results, her foresight in anticipating their needs, and ability to craft creative, impactful solutions. Earlier in the career, Gwen also handled complex real estate litigation matters, including foreclosures, evictions, and title disputes.

Gwen loves devoting time to various volunteering causes. She has supported unrepresented litigants in New York Courts, assisted formerly incarcerated individuals in developing resumes for job searches, and trained immigrant youth for job interviews. Gwen’s approach reflects her belief that law, like light, should guide with clarity and precision through life’s meaningful transitions.

Gwen holds three law degrees from different countries and speaks four languages.
